1. What RahaLancer is

RahaLancer is an online marketplace for freelance services. It helps clients discover freelancers by skills, services, search terms, categories, public profiles, verification signals, reviews, and availability. It also helps freelancers build a professional seller profile, publish services, submit offers, receive order requests, communicate with clients, and deliver work.

2. Who the platform is for

• Clients who need help with software, design, marketing, writing, translation, business, finance, AI, local services, or other professional work.
• Freelancers who want to offer their skills, build a trusted profile, publish services, respond to client requests, and manage paid work.
• Businesses and teams that need flexible support for one-time tasks, recurring work, technical implementation, creative projects, or operational help.

3. How clients use RahaLancer

Clients can browse categories, search by keywords, view freelancer profiles, compare services, read reviews, check skills, and contact freelancers. A client can either order a published service or post an open request describing what they need. Freelancers can then submit offers, and the client can accept the offer that best matches the project.

Each order keeps important information in one place: requirements, price, currency, package details, files, messages, payment method, delivery status, delivered files, completion status, and review history.

4. How freelancers use RahaLancer

Freelancers can create a seller profile with their display name, username, professional title, country, languages, skills, about section, work experience, education, certifications, portfolio, resume, availability, and payment settings. A complete profile helps clients understand the freelancer before starting an order.

Freelancers can publish services with packages, pricing, descriptions, requirements, FAQs, gallery images, and search tags. They can also browse open client requests and submit custom offers.

5. Profiles, trust, and verification

Trust matters in a marketplace. RahaLancer uses profile completeness, identity verification, public profile information, reviews, account status, availability, and moderation tools to help clients make better decisions and to protect the marketplace from abuse.

Verified profiles may display a verification mark after the account passes identity verification. Verification is not a guarantee of a specific outcome, but it helps build trust and reduces misleading or unsafe activity.

6. Services and project requests

A service is a public listing created by a freelancer. It explains what the freelancer offers, the scope, pricing, delivery time, requirements, and optional details. A request is a project need posted by a client. Requests allow freelancers to submit offers tailored to the client’s specific requirements.

This gives both sides flexibility: clients can either buy a clear service or describe a custom need, while freelancers can sell defined packages or propose custom work.

7. Orders and delivery workflow

When a client orders a service or accepts an offer, the platform creates an order record. The order helps both sides track the agreement, payment instructions, communication, files, delivery, completion, and review. The order history is important because it provides a shared record of what was agreed and what happened.

Freelancers should deliver work only when the agreed scope is completed. Clients should review deliveries fairly and complete the order when the delivered work matches the agreement.

8. Payments and Sham Cash

RahaLancer currently supports a direct-payment workflow where buyers can pay freelancers through Sham Cash details provided by the freelancer. Freelancers are expected to add their Sham Cash number, username, or QR code in payment settings so clients know where to send payment.

Unless a separate managed payment or escrow product is clearly enabled in the order flow, RahaLancer does not hold funds, does not act as a bank, and does not guarantee direct transfers. The platform focuses on keeping the order record, instructions, communication, and status flow clear for both sides.

9. Communication and files

Good communication is part of good work. RahaLancer provides messaging and order tools so clients and freelancers can keep requirements, files, updates, confirmations, and delivery notes connected to the relevant project. Keeping the important details on the platform helps support review and reduces misunderstandings.

10. Reviews and reputation

Reviews help future clients understand a freelancer’s work quality and reliability. Reviews should reflect real completed orders and honest experiences. The platform may remove reviews or content that are fake, abusive, manipulated, or unrelated to the order experience.

11. Account status and marketplace safety

Accounts may be active, under review, inactive, frozen, or suspended depending on trust, verification, policy, safety, or administrative review. If an account is not active, the platform may hide public profiles, services, requests, offers, or other related content to protect clients and maintain marketplace integrity.

When an account is restricted, the user may still be allowed to access limited account pages or contact support, depending on the restriction reason and platform rules.

12. Search and discovery

Search on RahaLancer is built to discover both services and freelancer profiles. It may look at service titles, descriptions, tags, profile titles, about sections, skills, languages, work experience, certifications, and public seller information. Search and recommendation placement may change based on relevance, quality, status, verification, and platform signals.
